December 13               Annual Laying of the Wreaths                        Longwood Cemeteries            11:00 am

Post meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month in the hall at 7:00 p.m.

Post Executive committee meetings are call meetings

AGENDA:

• Welcome new members.
• Special thanks to the Bedford Elks Lodge for hosting the Veterans Day (observed) supper…..AND
• Special thanks to the Bedford Moose Lodge for hosting the Veterans Day (observed) breakfast.
• Thank you volunteers for a successful helmet collection on Saturday , November 8 at Food Lion.
• Report on the Bedford Viet Nam War Memorial Dedication
• Volunteers needed for the Annual Bedford Christmas Parade on December 6.
• Semiquintcentenial: We have received approval from the Bedford Town council to conduct the 250^th anniversary of United States of America parade on Armed Forces Day; Saturday, May 16, 2026. We need to put together an event committee starting now! Preliminary plan outline to be presented.
• Wreath Layers needed on December 13 in tribute to our military services.
• A report on our building maintenance remediation progress.
• A review of 2025-2026 year calendar of events.
• JROTC update.
• Honor Guard update
